Return Policy:
Our return policy states that cut yardage items are not eligible for return. Custom drapes and hardware are not returnable, as they are made specifically to your measurements and project requirements. Tassels, however, may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned tassels must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us if you need assistance with a return. In the case of factory damage to a product, please send us a picture of the received item for our review. We highly recommend requesting a sample of the product beforehand to check the colors and specifications.
